This recipe comes from Esther Yacovone, Auntie Jenny's sister. Grandma Grande would always make this wonderful treat for the Easter Holiday's.

Ingredients

  • 10 eggs 
  • 2 lbs ricotta 
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups rice (cooked)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • l tap cinnamon

Directions

  1. Beat eggs
  2. Add remaining ingredients until smooth
  3. If too thick add a little more milk
  4. Pour in greased oblong pan or two square pans or round pans.
  5. Bake 1 hour at 350° F or until knife comes out clean when testing.
