1. What's New: An Interview with the BBC Ecuador...

I recently received  the following e-mail:

Dear Mr. Grande,

Hello. My name is Cristina Moreano. I am the producer of "Radio City",
a radio station in Ecuador associated with the BBC of London and with the
most important newspaper of the country, El Universo.

 In Radio City, we
have a late lifestyle show called "El Aguacate", where we have
interviews mixed with notes of entertainment, music, sports, science, culture,
health, technology, tourism and more.

We are interested in knowing more about "the magical little disk that
makes things happen": Pizza. This is why I would like to request a
small telephone interview with you to talk a little bit about this
wonderful and universally popular food. I only request five to ten minutes of
time and I can call to any phone number you would give me according to
comfortness.

Please send me your response as soon as possible.

Mr. Grande,

Hello and thank you for your reply. Currently, Ecuador is 5 hours ahead of
Hawaii. Do you think it would be possible to schedule the interview for
next Thursday, January 29th at 1:30 pm (Hawaii Time)? It would be great if
we could have the interview on our live show.

Please let me know if this time and date is ok with you.
