Making Pizza at pizzatherapy.com

This video gives simple step by step video instructions on how to make pizza. Note the simplicity of shaping the dough. The pizziolo uses his hands to get the perfect shape of the dough.

While this is a pan pizza, I think it came out very well. There is a lot of texture and color in the dough. The ingreients are put on sparingly and that adds so much to the flavor of the final pizza.

Also I think that making sure your oven is Hot, Hot, Hot, is a real key to making great pizza.

I highly recommend that you invest in a pizza peel and a Pizza Stone .

Don't be intimidated about using a pizza stone or peel.
As with anything else it just takes a bit of practice to master.
