In this video you will learn the key ingredients you need to make pizza dough.

The ingredients to make pizza dough are easily available in any supermarket.

Basically: flour, salt water and yeast are all that you need.

In addition, I use sugar and olive oil. These are totally optional.

In the following video, I discuss what you will need to get your pizza made.

I also discuss the real truth about using different kinds of flour.

I reveal for the first time, the biggest tip Brain Spangler of Apizza Scholls, gave me, during our Legends of Pizza, Volume 2, interview.

Believe me it is not what you would expect. I was totally shocked.

The ingredients needed for pizza are readily available in any supermarket.

Again, I state, in this video, the ultimate judge of what tastes good is entirely up to you.

Experiment, have fun.

When you make pizza in your own kitchen, you will make magic happen...

These are some of the insights I got from speaking with The Legends of Pizza.
You may find that by altering the recipe you will get just the right taste for you.

And to me: that is what it really is all about.

If you are interested in taking your pizza to the next level
I highly recommend that you invest in a pizza peel and a
Pizza Stone .

Don't be intimidated about using a pizza stone or peel.
As with anything else it just takes a bit of practice to master.

You can find some great deals on pizza tools here:

The art of using a peel will really take you pizza to a new level.
Make sure that you put enough flour or cornmeal underneath your dough so it won't stick.

Also of course, I would invite you to take a look at The Pizza Therapy Pizza Book.
